New Development

Barrow #1 — Kaler Energy Corp.

Operator: Kaler Energy Corp.Chambers County, Texas

The Barrow #1 well represents a new directional drilling project within the partnership's Chambers County mineral position, operated by Kaler Energy Corp. The well is planned to a depth of approximately 15,550 feet, targeting formations identified through the partnership's proprietary 3D seismic data and geological evaluation.

The project was scheduled for drilling in October 2026. Directional drilling technology allows the well to reach target formations that may not be accessible from a vertical wellbore, maximizing the productive potential of the selected location.

The Barrow #1 project reflects the partnership's ongoing engagement with new development opportunities alongside its participation in established production activity. The partnership looks forward to providing updates on this project as it advances.

Willow Slough Field

Barrow R. J. #17 & #18 — GCOWS Operating LLC

Operator: GCOWS Operating LLCWillow Slough Field, Chambers County, Texas

GCOWS Operating LLC serves as operator of the Barrow R. J. #17 and Barrow R. J. #18 wells in the Willow Slough Field in Chambers County, Texas. Both wells are established wellbores with production history, and both have been the subject of recent rework activity aimed at restoring or improving their productive performance.

The Barrow R. J. #17 well is currently undergoing workover operations. Current data and workover results provide encouraging expectations for the outcome of this rework program. The partnership is monitoring the progress of these operations and looks forward to reporting on their results.

The Barrow R. J. #18 well has also been involved in recent rework activity. The partnership's participation in these rework programs reflects its commitment to maintaining and advancing the productive performance of its established wellbore interests alongside the pursuit of new development opportunities.
