GCOWS Operating LLC

GCOWS Operating LLC serves as operator of the Barrow R. J. #17 and Barrow R. J. #18 wells in the Willow Slough Field. Both wells have been involved in recent rework activity aimed at restoring or improving production from these established wellbores.

The Barrow R. J. #17 well is currently undergoing workover operations. Current data and workover results provide encouraging expectations for the outcome of this rework program. The Barrow R. J. #18 well has also been subject to recent rework activity. The partnership looks forward to providing updates on these operations as they progress.

Barrow #1 Development Program

Kaler Energy Corp.

Kaler Energy Corp. serves as operator for the Barrow #1 development program, a directional drilling project representing a new development opportunity within the partnership's Chambers County mineral position.

The Barrow #1 project is planned to a depth of approximately 15,550 feet and was scheduled for drilling in October 2026. This project represents the partnership's engagement with new development opportunities alongside its participation in established production activity.
